    Dr. Harkins has lived in Texas her whole life. She studied exercise physiology at Texas A&M where she received her Bachelors in Kinesiology. Her senior year at Texas A&M she was accepted to an externship program at St. Joseph’s Hospital where she provided rehab programs for cardiac patients.
